Every individual is unique, and it's that diversity that brings value to any initiative. As a leader, I prioritize discovering the skills of each team member and empowering them to do what they do best. As an eLearning content designer and developer, I adhere to the motto, "one size does not fit all." I place precedence on creating trainings and learning materials that are accessible to people with diverse needs and backgrounds. I recognize that accessibility does not end at physical access to content, but includes proactively foreseeing opportunities for learners to practice skills and learn information in a variety of ways. As such, I appoach the design of learning environments and content through design thinking and from the perspective of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), which allows me to reflect unique educational and cultural learner profiles on the development of instructions.
